I coach people attempting to develop healthy eating habits and eliminate emotional eating and food addiction.
Or you may be in recovery, with an Eating Disorder Coach and need to enhance that supportive network of family and friends with empathic and consistent feedback and guidance to begin living in the present rather than a reactionary connection to the past.
My coaching augments those of a licensed therapist, MD and possibly a nutritionist. My function will be to assist you in keeping with yor goals going forward. The treatment goal for ED is not a cure but rather an empowerment to help oneself, and as Eating Disorders have a wide variety of causes and relevant issues, the best treatment is multidimensional.
I can help you use your imagination and give you information to really assess possibilities and available choices as you create the most healthy you and a life of design rather than default. And my intention as your coach would be LAL – Laugh A Lot as we journey together from where you are now to where you want to be.
